Log into your Trademaster account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our central distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
