Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Large freight items may require additional time for scheduling.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer 'White Glove Delivery' on select furniture items which includes professional assembly and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee at checkout.
What is your return policy for home decor and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are Trademaster products covered by a warranty?
All Trademaster exclusive furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
How can I track my bulk order for a renovation project?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large multi-pallet shipments, our logistics team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
